About Me

I'm Jinjing Zhou, a former Googler where I worked on building Gemini models, focusing on post-training techniques and developing agentic frameworks. During my time at Google, I got to see firsthand how large language models evolve from raw capabilities into practical, production-ready systems.

Now I'm building autonomous enterprise systems as a startup founder. The transition from working on foundational AI models to applying them in real-world business contexts has been fascinating. I'm exploring what organizations will look like in a post-AGI world—how work gets done, how teams collaborate, and how AI agents can augment (or replace) traditional workflows.

I build AI agents that help companies run on autopilot. My focus areas include:

AI Agents & Autonomous Systems: Designing agents that can handle complex, multi-step business processes with minimal human intervention.

Context Engineering: Crafting the right context and prompts to make AI systems reliable and production-ready. It's equal parts art and science.

System Design: Building scalable architectures that can handle autonomous operations while maintaining reliability and observability.

Open Source: Contributing to the ecosystem and building tools that help others build better AI systems.

I'm a father of three amazing kids. I'm currently helping my 12-year-old daughter explore AI art and drawing, teaching my 9-year-old son vibe coding (where the vibes matter more than the syntax), and helping my 1-year-old figure out how to be an AI-native human. Watching them grow up with AI as a natural part of their world is both exciting and thought-provoking.

When I'm not building AI systems or parenting, I'm probably reading (especially history), hitting the slopes for some skiing, or diving deep into a new topic that caught my interest.
